Zhang Sah advocates positive youth development through offering supportive growth opportunities which include an active ongoing Youth Council and various leadership development and career exploration programs offered throughout the year.  The Youth Council allows youth to actively shape their community and experience at Zhang Sah through convening periodically and providing feedback to staff concerning the needs of the enrolled student body.  Youth development programming, designed for students ages 15 and older, is offered throughout the year and provides guidance and opportunities in career exploration and leadership development.
