Karate Do

空手道 (Japanese) The way of the Chinese fist

Karate Do – originating from a fusion of White Crane Kung Fu and Shaolin Monk Fist, exists as a striking art including punching, kicking, knee/elbow strikes, open handed techniques, grappling, joint manipulations, locks, restraints/traps, throws and pressure point striking.  Zhang Sah teaches both Shorin Ryu and Shorei Ryu styles of Karate Do.
